Founder & Director

Having sold his own London letting agency in 2014, Charlie set up Assist Inventories from scratch to provide top-notch property inventory reports that he couldn’t get as an agent. He’s currently busy whizzing around the UK providing solutions for our Commercial and Build-To-Rent Development clients.

Operations Director

With a background in B2B marketing and now an extensive career in inventories, you can find Zoe busy finding ways to improve the business. She’s passionate about providing top-notch customer service and still hasn’t stopped beaming from the well-deserved Distinction in Customer Service Award we won.

Office Manager

Previously one of our most valued clerks before joining the office, Ty brings us valuable insight allowing us to maintain our seamless internal processes that keep clients and clerks happy. Her past experience in Early Years Education and the Public Housing Sector, means she’s skilled at keeping us on our toes!

Scott Jarrett

Business Development Manager

What doesn’t Scott do is more the question! He’s been a Custody Officer for The Metropolitan Police, qualified as a PAT Tester, a Legionella Risk Assessor and an inventory clerk since 2008. He now looks after our business development department, selling our sparkling inventory services and products to new clients.

Head of Inventories

Alicia certainly is multi-skilled not only as our exceptional head of inventories, she is ARLA qualified and an experienced Property Manager. Her extensive knowledge in property maintenance and deposit deductions helps our clients avoid lengthly adjudication and will soon head up new Dispute services.

Clair Hartigan

Head of Training

With an extensive background in education and social welfare, Clair joined us to manage our clerk training courses and their quarterly performance reviews. Her 10 years previous experience in training adults is in perfect alignment to the high-standards we demand from our clerks ensuring you get precise and detailed inventories every time.

AJ Bentley

Field Training Manager

Our talented AJ, splits his time gracing the West End stage, acting and being a highly regarded member of the team. He has superb attention to detail which he applies when honing our clerks skills during their field training. If you find him singing along to Abba during an inspection, and you are in the mood for dance, feel free to join in!

Sara Leoni

Property Viewing Manager

Sara has worked in the property sector for the last 5 years, then found her way to Assist Inventories and now manages our property viewing department. She has an extensive customer service experience, studies in business, economics and psychology which makes her a great asset when taking care of your clients and tenants. 

Samir Suleman

Head Clerk

After graduating with a 2:1 in Business Studies, Samir fell by chance into property inventories and has never looked back. Luckily, for Assist, his self-confessed ‘border line OCD’ and his can-do attitude meant he was quickly promoted to head clerk and now also looks after our Legionella bookings. FYI – never offer him a brussels sprout!

“My passion is for solutions and making a difference. I come from a background in residential lettings with many years of experience. Prior to Assist Inventories, I owned a lettings agency in Clapham, London. In 2014 I decided to sell up, and was left with modest financial gain from my hard work in setting up the lettings agency. My experience left me with the knowledge that I could offer a solution to the agents who still existed. I knew I could do a better job than any other inventory company I had used before and improve the way property inventory reports are compiled and used. My thoughts behind it are simple; if you are going to have an inventory done in the first place then it had better stand up to its functionality and protect your property. An inventory report, check in or check out needs to be able to stand up to scrutiny every time otherwise there is no point in having one in the first place. Assist Inventories was born from scratch – I did everything myself and worked 60-hour weeks to establish our reputation… 7 years on and we have 12 clerks and an amazing office team who control all bookings and provide an exemplary level of service and support. We have prevailed over hundreds of inventory professionals across the country winning awards from the AIIC, and we are trusted to look after some of the most prestigious properties in London.

Our growth has been due to the fact that I personally oversee everything on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running and that what I set out to achieve is being adhered to every day.  All the clerks that work for us already have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, they then receive further training on the job until I am satisfied that the reports meet the high standards that the industry needs before going out on their own from a managing agent’s point of view that is great for their reputation as it shows due diligence and professionalism. I am proud of our journey, our team and our services.”
