A common misunderstanding is that the check in part of an inspection is meeting the tenants, when in fact it is actually testing the smoke alarms, reading the meters and recording keys, all of which the tenants do not have to be present for.

Inventory Schedule of Condition does not include the check in process which means you will need test and record this information in a separate document for legislation purposes and for use at check out.

For only a small additional fee most of our clients prefer to have all this information in one place and opt in for a full inventory check in report for their new tenants.
