This is a way of us demonstrating our confidence that any inventory services we provide will stand up to scrutiny in the event of a deposit dispute.

Our terms are: If you can’t make an eligible claim (whole or part of) due to lack of evidence in any services provided by us; we will refund you the cost of all inventory services carried out by us for the tenancy, or the amount that could not be claimed for, whichever is smallest.
