Here is what we aim to deliver:
Compare evidence provided by both parties including inventory check in and check out reports, emails, invoices and any other documentation.
If any decoration or damage repairs, due to the tenant’s negligence are required, we can include a quote from a contractor that can be useful when the assessor decides on deductions.
Provide a report and propose deduction for each damage/cleaning issue.
Liaise with the tenant to negotiate deductions before going to dispute.

It’s a fact
Before even applying for a dispute it is worth knowing what kind of money you can realistically win from the case. Sometimes it’s better to try and negotiate with the tenants and not go to dispute (around 60-70% do come to agreement).
